Turn your Instant Pot on Saute and place your bacon in the bottom….2. Flip it when needed to brown it and render the fat out3. Add your sliced onion and stir until translucent4. Poke holes in your pork and put a few garlic cloves into your pork shoulder and the rest into the pot5. Cut your Pork Shoulder into 2-3 chunks, season it with salt, and place in the pot in one level6. Turn your Instant Pot off and add 1 1/2 cups of water to the pot7. Add the lid, make sure it's sealed, and use the manual button to turn it to 90 minutes8. Let it cook and naturally release at the end9. EnjoyFor a Crockpot1. Cook your bacon, onions, and garlic in a saute pan2. Add them to the bottom of your crock pot, then season your pork and add it on top, add your water3.
